CabinetBids serves homeowners planning cabinet projects and independent cabinet businesses seeking relevant project opportunities. Explore styles, describe your project and compare proposals where participating companies are available.

We are an independent referral and quote comparison platform. We are not automatically the retailer, designer, general contractor or installer performing your renovation. You choose whether to hire and enter any renovation agreement directly with the independent business.

Useful preparation, not guaranteed results

Photos, project preferences and optional AI concepts can help communicate your goals. Compare scope, materials, exclusions, scheduling and warranty terms, not just a headline price. We do not promise savings, a specific number of bids, response times, workmanship or a successful project.

Your decisions remain yours

Verify the chosen business’s identity, applicable license, insurance and references. Confirm measurements, feasibility, required approvals, payment terms and the written contract before work begins. Our launch focus is Metro Atlanta and nearby North Georgia; coverage is not nationwide.

Matches depend on geographic coverage and travel limits, requested services, cabinet capabilities, project size, budget requirements, partner availability and capacity, and administrator review. Preference fit and distance can influence suggested matches; special requests may require manual confirmation.

A city listing or ZIP-center check is not proof that every address or service is covered. A request may reach fewer than three companies or none. No quote count or response deadline is guaranteed.

With your separate sharing permission, up to three relevant companies may receive a project opportunity, subject to your request’s sharing limit. Partners initially see a limited preview including ZIP, budget, timeline and general project type, not your name, full address, photos or contact details. Authorized paid access is required for fuller details. Partners paying for access does not establish their quality or guarantee they will bid.

Homeowners can begin planning, explore the visualizer and request participating companies’ quotes without paying CabinetBids for those features. Renovation products and work are not free; you agree prices and payments directly with the selected business.

Participating partners may pay CabinetBids for access to qualifying project opportunities. The current standard portal price is $100 for a selected lead unlock, shown before checkout. This is compensation to CabinetBids and may be relevant when evaluating a referral. A payment buys eligible access, not a customer, an exclusive opportunity or a guaranteed contract.

A company’s payment does not certify its credentials, make CabinetBids the contractor or guarantee its proposal is the best option. Any different written referral arrangement must be disclosed to the parties to that arrangement.

Platform approval means an administrator has approved access to the partner program. It does not by itself mean a license, insurance, background, workmanship, financial standing or customer rating has been independently verified.

Business descriptions, capabilities, years in business, product information, proposals, lead times and warranties are generally supplied by the partner unless a specific check is explicitly documented. Coverage uses configured service locations and radii, not a guarantee of availability.

We do not display a verified credential badge without a documented check identifying the credential, source, review date, scope and any expiry. No general verification badge is currently asserted on company comparisons. Review the evidence and obtain current documents directly before hiring; an individual check is not an endorsement or a guarantee.

We do not publish invented reviews, manufactured ratings or AI-generated customer endorsements. Illustrative kitchen concepts are not verified customer renovation stories. No aggregate rating is asserted without genuine supporting review records.

Public customer reviews are not currently open for submission. Before launching them, the review system must link each reviewer to a genuine project relationship, prevent duplicate and self-reviews, disclose conflicts or incentives, and provide reporting, moderation, fraud checks and a fair correction or appeal process. Verification of a project relationship must not be described as verification of every opinion or a guaranteed outcome.

Until that system is available, send genuine project feedback privately through Contact. Private feedback is not automatically published as a review. Review publication rules and consumer-review compliance require qualified legal review.
