Partner Terms and Lead Access
Partner Terms and Lead Access
Disclosure version: 2026-10-16-v1
Operational policy draft. Qualified attorney review required, including consent and communications, privacy rights, billing/refunds, liability and review rules; this is not a claim of legal compliance.
Access and fees
Partner activation is currently free, subject to approval and account access. The standard portal charges $100 once for a selected lead unlock. Review the preview, price and this policy before proceeding to Base44 Payments. Access is granted only after server-confirmed payment, not simply returning from checkout. Other separately agreed referral arrangements must be stated in writing.
Availability and competition
An opportunity is not a guaranteed customer, appointment, bid request response or sale. Up to three relevant companies may participate, limited by homeowner consent and administrator distribution settings. Do not assume exclusivity unless explicitly stated. Coverage, paused or closed requests, consent withdrawal, capacity limits and deadlines can prevent new purchases or future access. A paid unlock never overrides consent withdrawal.
Permitted use
Use customer information only to assess and respond to that request through the recorded allowed channels. Respect opt-outs and withdrawal. Do not resell, redistribute or use leads for unrelated marketing, automated calls or prerecorded messages. Maintain accurate capabilities and business information; do not claim verified credentials without documented evidence. Protect downloaded information and comply with applicable laws.
Billing and refunds
A pending checkout is not paid access. Resume the existing checkout rather than paying again. Keep the transaction reference and submit billing or refund questions through Contact, selecting Partner billing or refund. Describe a duplicate charge, inaccessible paid lead or invalid opportunity without posting customer details publicly.
Refunds require administrator review and payment-provider processing; there is no automatic refund or credit promise, and failure to win work is not a promised refund event. Applicable statutory rights and a specific written agreement remain relevant. The final refund eligibility rules, request deadlines, tax treatment, dispute terms and access-revocation terms need approval by the business and review by a qualified attorney. Do not interpret this draft disclosure as a blanket non-refundable policy.
CabinetBids may suspend access for misuse or inaccurate information; partner payment does not permit violation of customer privacy. Final contractual suspension procedures and dispute rights require legal review.
