Privacy and Your Information

Information and purpose

We process the name, email, phone, ZIP, optional address, project requirements, photos and AI concepts you provide to operate the planning, matching, quote comparison and support features. Account and usage information supports access, troubleshooting and analytics. Browser storage can retain draft information and guest project access keys; protect shared devices and clear draft data when appropriate.

Photos and AI concepts

New kitchen-photo uploads use private storage and temporary signed viewing links. Authorized platform services and AI providers process images when you request design generation. Generated concepts may have accessible media URLs; a saved project is not a promise that every generated asset is private. Previously public media cannot be made private merely by changing a link. Avoid uploading faces, documents, valuables or other sensitive information. AI concepts are not architectural plans.

Project and contact sharing

Exploring designs does not itself submit a quote request. New submissions require a separate permission to share the stated project information with up to three matched independent companies, and separate choices for project-related email, calls and texts. Limited opportunity previews exclude contact information, full street addresses, photos and AI images. After authorized paid access, companies can view the permitted project details. They must honor your chosen contact channels; paying does not authorize unrelated marketing.

Partners’ payments for access are part of our business model. We do not make an unqualified promise that paid referrals cannot be a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable law. Service providers also process information necessary to operate hosting, AI, payments and support. This policy does not authorize public advertising use of your kitchen photos or designs.

Retention, requests and withdrawal

Project, consent, support and transaction records may be retained for operation, disputes, accounting and legal obligations; we do not promise immediate deletion of every record or backup. Request access, correction or deletion through Contact and privacy requests. Identity or project ownership checks may be needed, and legal retention exceptions may apply.

Use the project’s sharing controls to withdraw permission for future platform access and matching, or send a withdrawal request through Contact if you cannot open the project. Withdrawal through Contact requires review; submitting that form does not itself complete deletion or revoke access. Previously downloaded copies and communications cannot automatically be recalled; contact recipients directly about their copies and opt-outs. Generated-image links already shared may remain accessible.

We do not promise absolute security. Support requests are private to administrators and used to handle the request and reply. A published retention schedule, jurisdiction-specific privacy rights and vendor/data-transfer disclosures require qualified legal review.
